Will I get a tracking number?

For most of our shipments, a tracking number is provided shortly after your sword is dispatched. Please ensure you have our domain (sword-buyers-guide.com) whitelisted as occasionally spam filters filter out any email with the subject "shipping or shipped" in it.

Exceptions: Unfortunately, Cheness Cutlery are not as yet integrated with the various carriers they use and so a tracking number is not automatically generated when the shipment has been sent on a Cheness Cutlery sword (though you will be notified when it ships).

However, if there are special circumstances or your sword has exceeded the maximum estimated wait time (10 business days in the US, 3 weeks internationally) please let us know and we will manually track it down for you. For more information on lead times with Cheness orders please click here
