What is your return policy?

Quite simply, we stand behind every product we sell.

So if you are not absolutely pleased with your purchase return it to us within 30 days in the original packaging and original condition via insured parcel post or UPS and we will give you your choice of an exchange or refund (excluding shipping fees).

You must contact us using the form provided above or by replying to your original order confirmation email prior to returning any item so that a Return Authorization Number (RMA) can be issued.

Returned products must be in like-new condition with original packaging and materials. A 10% re-stocking fee will be applied towards your refund.

Please allow up to 14 days for processing of returns.

NOTE ON CUSTOM ORDERS: Please note that unless otherwise specified, custom orders cannot be cancelled, even if it takes longer than initially quoted and cannot be returned. If you have a problem with a custom order we will still go out of our way to try our best to make it right however due to the unique nature of custom items, the standard return policy cannot be applied but instead we will work with you to negotiate a mutually acceptable outcome.
